Returns & Order Policy
We specialize in new and used parts and aim to be clear and fair with every transaction. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition, exactly as received.
- New items must be unused and uninstalled.
- Used items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
- All original packaging, labels, hardware, and accessories must be included.
Shipping & Fees
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the order included free shipping, the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
- All returns are inspected upon receipt.
- Items that show signs of installation, use, modification, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
- Returns that are not in original condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund or restocking fee, at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Used, Electrical & Special Items
- Used parts are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
- Electrical and electronic components are final sale and non-returnable.
- Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable.
Order Issues & Damage Claims
- Any issues with your order (incorrect item, missing items, or shipping damage) must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be accepted.
Vehicle Compatibility
- Buyer is responsible for verifying correct fitment and part numbers before ordering.
- We are not responsible for compatibility issues due to incorrect vehicle information.
Authorization Required
- All returns require prior authorization.
- Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Additional Exclusions
- We are not responsible for labor costs, diagnostics, installation fees, towing, or downtime related to any order.
