Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns must be <strong>requested within 15 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned in <strong>original condition<\/strong>, exactly as received.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New items must be <strong>unused and uninstalled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used items must be returned in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> they were shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original packaging, labels, hardware, and accessories must be included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping charges are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the order included <strong>free shipping<\/strong>, the original shipping cost we paid will be <strong>deducted from the refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs (original and return) are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspection &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All returns are <strong>inspected upon receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items that show signs of <strong>installation, use, modification, damage, or tampering<\/strong> are <strong>not eligible for return<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns that are not in original condition may be <strong>refused or subject to a partial refund or restocking fee<\/strong>, at our discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued <strong>only after inspection and approval<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Used, Electrical &amp; Special Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Used parts are sold as-is<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated in the listing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electrical and electronic components are final sale and non-returnable.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order Issues &amp; Damage Claims<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any issues with your order (incorrect item, missing items, or shipping damage) <strong>must be reported within 72 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vehicle Compatibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buyer is responsible for verifying correct fitment and part numbers before ordering.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for compatibility issues due to incorrect vehicle information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Authorization Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All returns require prior authorization.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned at the buyer\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Exclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not responsible for <strong>labor costs, diagnostics, installation fees, towing, or downtime<\/strong> related to any order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For return authorization or questions, <strong>please contact us before sending any item back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Need help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact us  for questions related to refunds and returns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns &amp; Order Policy We specialize in new and used parts and aim to be clear and fair with every transaction.
